SUBSTANCE: invention relates to consumer goods, particularly, to means for transfer or piling set of plastic and/or other bottles having an extending annular ledge on neck and used for store, transfer and use of various fluids. Holder of set of bottles with extending annular ledge comprises central bearing element with handle and bottle retainer assemblies. Said bottle retainer assemblies are composed of at least three C-like grab handles arranged at sides of central bearing element and having extending circular ledges of said handles to be elastically deformed on fitting bottle necks into said handles or removing the bottles therefrom and return into initial position after fitting bottle necks inside said handles or removal of necks therefrom. Note here that every said grab handle is connected with central bearing element by, mainly, mid part to make symmetrically extending and elastically deformed end ledges of said grab handles with clearance between said end ledges smaller than bottle neck OD under said neck annular ledges and to make annular cavities inside said grab handles with diameter not smaller the bottle neck OD but not larger than OD of annular ledges under said necks.
