SUBSTANCE: invention is used in the treatment of chronic injuries of the flexor tendons in the area of the bone-fibrous canals of the fingers. The essence of the one-stage method of restoring chronic damage to the tendons of the flexor tendons of the fingers using an insulating material includes access to the future location of the flexor tendon, excision of scars, and formation of a channel into which a polymer tube is placed. The tube is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), its diameter corresponds to the diameter of the graft. The tube is temporarily fixed to the soft tissues, in the areas of deformations formed when the finger is bent in the joints, markings are applied to it from the side of the palmar surface. The temporary fix is removed. Fragments of the tube are excised along the marking, with two opposite incisions intersecting along the marking line, and along the dorsal surface, proximal and distal, of these excisions, transverse linear incisions are made, at the ends of the tube, from the side of the palmar surface, fragments of a rectangular shape are excised. The tube is fixed to the surrounding tissues, a tendon graft is passed into it and fixed transosseously to the nail phalanx, proximally to the flexor tendon. Passive movements of the finger are monitored. The wound is sutured, standard immobilization for tendoplasty is performed, and subsequent standard postoperative management is performed.

EFFECT: improvement of the results of treatment, specifically, the possibility of restoring the function of finger flexion, while reducing the duration of treatment and the number of complications.
