SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and is intended for reposition of forearm bones and relocation of displaced shoulder in traumatology and orthopedics. Orthopedic device contains means, which carries bearing surfaces for forearm and medications, countertraction, made with possibility of connection with means for forearm gripping, and chair for patient. Means, which carries bearing surfaces for forearm and medications, is made in form of frame. Bearing surfaces for forearm and medication are made in form of placed on frame tabletop, equipped with, at least, one countertraction in form of element for forearm position fixation. Means for forearm gripping is made in form L-shaped branch.

EFFECT: extension of functional abilities, as well as increased efficiency of treatment of shoulder fractures and dislocations and reduction of percentage of repositions due to improvement of work conditions, increased application comfort, increase of reliability of patient's position fixation, as well as patient's shoulder position independent on its size and constitution.
