SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment and can be used for reduction of forearm bones and reduction of shoulder deformity in traumatology and orthopaedics. Portable assembled orthopedic device for setting of humeral neck fractures or reduction of shoulder deformity, containing post, base and roller for patient armpit with axis. Roller is freely rotates around its axis and is fixed on yoke, connected through socket with post to move along roller axis. Said post enters base with possibility of movement and fixation along its axis. Lower part of base rests on beam, consisting of two parts, which are connected by hinge with possibility of parts unfolding in one line. Beam has detachable legs on seats with stops. Base can move along beam axis. To rack through seat hook for surgical table is fixed.

EFFECT: invention provides ease of manufacture, installation, reduced cost, as well as providing optimum conditions for patient's position when performing both setting of humeral neck fractures, and reduction of shoulder deformity, as well as possibility of performing manipulations in field conditions.
