FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to automated repair of machine parts, in particular, turbine blades. Proposed method comprises digitization of part first geometry including damaged part section, machining the recess above said damaged part. Note here that machining is made in NC process using digitised first geometry, thereafter second geometry is digitised after said machining. Note here that second geometry comprises recess and application of material for filling said recess. Note also that material application is made in NC process using digitised second geometry. Besides, application NC comprises determination of application path in response to identification of recess position at the part by comparison of digitised second geometry with reference geometry in kept memory. Additionally, it comprises memorisation of digitised geometries after completion of repair and using said memorised geometries as reference geometry for further repair.
EFFECT: all-round automation.
