FIELD: transport.

SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to automotive industry. In compliance with first, second and third versions, proposed device allows starting the ICE by means of motor. In case vehicle runs on electric traction, request for ICE start is output for starter control device to define if motor rpm is lower than or equal ICE idling rpm. ICE start at low rpm is controlled if motor rpm is lower than or equals ICE idling rpm. In compliance with first version, device sets higher engagement for low gear ratio. In compliance with first and third version, ICE start is controlled at high rpm if motor rpm is higher than ICE idling rpm. Device sets higher engagement for low idling gear ratio. In compliance with second version, ICE start at low rpm is controlled if motor rpm is lower than or equals ICE idling rpm. Device sets higher engagement for lower gear ratio. In compliance with third version, device sets higher engagement chances at high rpm ratio for low idling gear ratios.

EFFECT: starting the internal combustion engine irrespective of motor conditions.
