FIELD: aircraft engineering.

SUBSTANCE: blade P of wing with span E spinning about rotor hub M at rpm Ω and with know spinning azimuth and having different strain modes, in particular mode of spinning about its span E at its intrinsic frequency, incorporates hub attachment part B, aerodynamic part A and means 17 of dynamic twisting about its span E. Said means 17 of dynamic twisting can be actuated in real time mode, that is in rotation around said hub at rotor rpm Ω, and cyclic pitch can be created in case cyclic swash plate is not incorporated with rotor. Stiffness of blade in torsion about its span at centrifugal force is low to allow at dynamic torsion force the elastic dynamic angle v of chord torsion making at least 14 degrees in dive or stall. Note here that blade eigenfrequency of spinning around its span equals rotor rpm which allows blade dynamic torsion via torsion resonance.

EFFECT: optimum power for creation of cyclic pitch.
