FIELD: biotechnologies.
SUBSTANCE: stabilisation method of a ferment representing dehydrogenase is proposed. Ferment is kept in presence of stable coferment chosen from stable derivatives of nicotine amide adenine dinucleotide (NAD/NADH) or compounds of nicotine amide adenine dinucleotide phosphate (NADP/NADPH), or shortened derivatives of NAD, or compound (I) presented in the formula. Besides, a ferment stabilised with stable coferment and a detector reagent containing it are proposed. The invention also refers to a test element containing the stabilised ferment or the detector reagent for detection of analysed substance.
EFFECT: invention allows keeping the stabilised ferment without a drying reagent at low temperature or at high relative humidity; ferment activity under those conditions is decreased in comparison to the initial level.
