FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: method involves high-temperature heating of products and cooling in the air. Cooling in the air is performed to 100°C. Then, the product is placed in a furnace warmed-up to 90°C and is cooled together with the furnace at the speed of 6-7°C/min till room temperature.
EFFECT: obtaining equilibrium structure with improved deformability; avoiding cold hardening and cracks occurring at manufacture of products from steel 07X16H6.
