FIELD: mining.
SUBSTANCE: installation method of a rolling drilling bit bearing structure involves installation on a trunnion with radial channels of a rolling cutter with an annular groove and its fixation against axial movement with locking assemblies, each of which includes a pin with a spring, which is to be installed in the radial channel. Prior to installation of the rolling cutter on the trunnion, the spring is rigidly attached to the pin; then, the spring is pressed and filled in this position with fusible alloy, and after the alloy is hardened, the spring together with the pin is installed in the trunnion radial channel flush with its outer surface; after that, the rolling cutter is put on the trunnion, and after the pins are aligned with the annular groove of the rolling cutter, the spring is released by heating the alloy till the fusion temperature.
EFFECT: adaptability to manufacture of a bit and installation of its bearing structure.
