FIELD: method and equipment for processing of animal and poultry farm wastes.
SUBSTANCE: method involves providing vacuum dehydration of manure, animal and bird excreta and various fermentable organic wastes, combined with heating thereof; condensing vapors and utilizing condensate heat; grinding manure, animal and bird excreta and different kinds of organic fermentable wastes before vacuum dehydration procedure; sequentially liquefying and mixing; heating and providing anaerobic fermentation; dividing fermented mass into liquid and semi-liquid phases or liquid and bulk phases; using liquid phase for liquefying and seeding with fermenting microorganisms available therein of said ground wastes before heating and anaerobic fermentation procedures; performing partial or complete vacuum dehydration of semi-liquid and bulk phases and using non-fermented portions of semi-liquid and bulk phases as fertilizers. Apparatus has vacuumizer with vacuum volume, working devices for receiving and heating of substance to be dried, and steam condenser communicated with vacuum source. Vacuumizer is provided with anaerobic fermentation unit connected to vacuumizer and adapted for anaerobic fermentation of organic wastes and producing of combustible biogas and is made in the form of processing flow line comprising manure, excreta and organic wastes receiver-mixer with grinder, heat-exchangers, methane tank, gas holder, gas purifier, device for separating of anaerobic fermentation mass into phases, vacuum evaporator, condenser, vacuum pump and gas-type water heater.
EFFECT: reduced adhesion of wastes under fermentation procedure to processing equipment, increased efficiency and reduced power consumption.
