SUBSTANCE: method involves searching for and identifying a hazardous object, emitting a signal towards the location of the hazardous object using a generator and a signal emitter associated with the generator, exposing the object in order to suppress its hazardous effect. According to the invention, in order to increase efficiency of using energy needed to power the generator and the emitter and increase efficiency of exposing hazardous objects, a computer is used, to which data on distance from the signal emitter to the hazardous object is input. Signal generation power calculated on the computer is generated in accordance with the distance to the object of the given type at a given moment in time from the signal emitter and the predetermined, optimum signal power flux density to which the hazardous object is to be exposed. The generators used can be lasers, X-ray generators, audio, infrasonic and ultrasonic signal generators and microwave signal generators.
EFFECT: saving energy when generating effective exposure signals.
