FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to mechanical engineering for livestock and feed production, in particular to mobile compound feed devices. The device comprises a hopper with the discharging window and a valve mounted on a mobile frame on strain-gage weighers with the angle 25-30° to the horizon, and located longitudinally in the semi-tubular housing with the screw. The screw is provided with the cutting elements. On the mobile frame a crusher of feed grain is mounted. The crusher consists of a housing inside which there are crushing drum with hammers, a circular sieve, a fan rotor which cavity is connected to the under-sieve space of the crusher with the lower opening in the partition between the fan cavity and the crushing chamber and through the discharge hose it is connected to the mixing hopper. The front wall of the crusher housing is adjacent to the separator with the suction hose and a nozzle which housing has one suction and two outlet openings: upper and lower. The separator is made movable relative to the front wall of the crusher housing, which also has two openings central loading and lower. In the raised position of the separator its upper outlet coincides with the central loading opening of the front wall of the crusher, and in the lower position the lower outlet of the separator coincides with the lower opening in the front wall of the crusher, thus closing the central loading opening in the front wall of the crusher. On top the crusher hopper is closed with the filter material over which the waterproof cover is placed with a certain clearance.

EFFECT: invention provides enhanced functionality of the device.
