FIELD: agriculture.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to agriculture, in particular, to plants for preparation of loose feedstuffs. Proposed plant comprises drive, crusher equipped with feed pneumatic hose and mixing hopper connected with crusher by means of pneumatic line equipped with filter, feeder-proportioner for concentrating additives and vertical screw. Dosing feeder is installed on crusher pneumatic hose feeder. Screw is equipped with turbine installed in upper part of hopper-mixer. Introduction of concentration additives simultaneously with grain feed for production of feedstuff allows achieving four-stage mixing. This is possible due to the fact that the first stage of mixing occurs in the supplying air hose at the moment of feeding grain-feeding simultaneously with the additives. Second mixing stage takes place during crushing of grain in crusher. Third stage of mixing is uniform spread of feed-and-feed mixture by rotor-fan, which is installed on screw, and fourth is direct mixing in hopper-mixer. Feedstuff preparation device has four-stage mixing, which makes it possible to produce complex full-rye fodders with high degree of mixing without stratification of fodder components.

EFFECT: use of invention provides higher quality of end product.
