FIELD: food industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the fish-and-vegetable preserves production technology. One performs boiling rice till double increase of weight, mincing raw and fried pike and part of bulb onions. Mince is produced by way of the listed components mixing with part of vegetable oil, drinking water, part of black hot pepper and part of allspice. Mince is moulded in the form of balls and cooked. Garnish is produced by way of dried plums and raisins mixing. The remaining bulb onions are cut, sauteed in vegetable oil and milled. For sauce preparation ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake is poured with drinking water and maintained for swelling, mixed with garnish, sauteed onions, the remaining vegetable oil, drinking water, sugar, salt, the remaining black hot pepper, the remaining allspice, cloves and coriander; the produced mixture is cooked. The balls and sauce are packed, sealed and sterilised.

EFFECT: ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake introduction into the sauce allows to reduce the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
