FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to gas wet cleaning. Proposed device comprises rectangular confuser and diffuser coupled in the area of the filler, spray system with atomisers arranged in confuser and two semi-shutters with flat working surfaces that feature rounded edges and are arranged in the area of said filler to turn therein for adjustment of filler area. Device is furnished with extra confuser coupled with diffuser and confuser in the filler zone. Two semi-shutters are arranged in said extra confuser for adjustment of filler area formed by working surfaces of semi-shutters and end sides of extra confuser. Note here that semi-shutters are fitted on extra confuser shafts coupled with control drive and articulated to allow synchronous turn in adjustment of throat area.

EFFECT: simplified design, higher efficiency.
