FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to electrostatic spraying, particularly, to electrostatic transfer of charge to jet sprayed from aerosol cylinder. Proposed device comprises sprayer with frame, trigger, first conducting element, first electric conductor and electrode of charging by corona discharge. Said frame has seat for self-contained aerosol cylinder. Said trigger is arranged inside frame to release selectively a fluid jet from cylinder spray nozzle. First electric conductor can contact with said cylinder. Said first electric conductor extends between first conducting element and earthing circuit. Charging electrode is arranged nearby cylinder spray nozzle to emit ion flow toward cylinder for fluid jet pass there through to get electrostatically charged. This system can comprise second conducting element to contact with cylinder neck and second electric conductor. The latter extends between second conducting element and earthing circuit. Note here that cylinder neck electric potential equals second electric potential of earthing circuit while cylinder neck stays in contact with second conducting element.
EFFECT: higher electrostatic charge of sprayed particles, efficient transfer.
