FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to punching of precious metal (gold, silver) strip and can be used for fabrication of photo inverter switching buses in assembly of solar batteries and in production of solid-state micro- and nano systems. Proposed puncher is composed of the case with crosswise groove to accommodate the strip and cylindrical channel to accommodate hollow punch reciprocating therein. Punch piercing end is furnished with spring-loaded clamp interacting with female die aligned with the punch in the same channel. Said female die has opening sized to said piercing end and channels to evacuate its cavity. Note here that said cavity is communicated with strip punched parts collection unit. Strip drive comprises step motor and elastic pressure roller fitted on air drive axle to interact with step motor shaft. Second take-up bobbin bush is coupled with said motor via belt gearing.
EFFECT: higher reliability and accuracy.
