SUBSTANCE: device comprises a unit for punching a sheet part from a strip mounted on a frame and a leveling unit and a linear strip feeding unit successively installed in front of it. The leveling unit is connected to the linear strip feeding unit and is made with adjustable rollers. The linear strip feeding unit is connected to the punching unit and is configured to capture the strip, pull it in and fix it. The punching unit consists of a housing in which four cartridges are installed, each of which is made of two parts spring-loaded relative to each other, a slider and a cartridge selection unit. Punches and dies are installed in the cartridges, the chopping profile of which corresponds to the given geometry of the cutting blades-rulers being manufactured.

EFFECT: productivity of the device is increased while maintaining the quality of the resulting cutting knife-rulers.
