SUBSTANCE: invention relates to suture needles, particularly, to machining of said needles from stainless steel and tungsten alloy. Needle or needle blank is made from metal alloy. Needle or needle blank is made from refractory alloy. Needle or needle blank is shaped to a curve with first radius. Needle or needle blank is finally curved by bending initial curve in, in fact, reverse direction to said final curvature with radius larger than said first one.
EFFECT: higher flexural strength.
