FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to underwater pick-and-place operations with outsize underwater structures without surfacing from under ice. Proposed method is implemented with the help of self-propelled underwater vehicles. Prior to transfer, said structure is imparted a positive buoyancy for complete compensation for its underwater weight by total lift produced by multiple submersible constant displacement floating bodies arranged in net shells connected to structure to be transferred. After transfer, said net shell is released from said flowing structures and transferred structure. Proposed complex comprises underwater means with equalising and differential systems and multiple submersible bodies, surface ship and net shell with its bottom edge furnished with grippers with hooks and with its top edge provided with cylindrical coaming fitted therein to accommodate remote control sliding shutter to control escape of floating bodies from under said net shell. Surface ship has bilge hold with vertical shaft above which arranged is rope-type round-trip mechanism with automatic gripper.
EFFECT: efficient, reliable and safe transfer.
