FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to ship building, particularly, to development of means for underwater transportation jobs, for example, for transportation of sea deposits exploration, construction and operation, etc. Proposed system comprises, apart from submarines, self-propelled under modular ships. The latter represent single-line functionally and structurally compatible submarine vessels operated either independently or are tethered self-propelled vessels. Note here that system primary module represents self-contained submarine vessel. Said transportation system may additionally comprise non-self-propelled submarine vessels driven and operated by self-propelled modules. Joint operation of the system main components is supported by electric and mechanical drives and structural lock components.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and safety, reduced costs.
