FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of helicopters. Rotary-wing aircraft comprises fuselage, combined air propulsor, device to convert rotor in static sweep combination of wing-forming blades. Combined propulsor comprises aircraft-type propulsor with longitudinal thrust vector and helicopter-type transverse thrust vector. Helicopter-type propulsor is composed of rotor with at least one rotor having three wing-forming blades to create lift in both rotor rotation by power plant with controlled clutch in helicopter flight mode and by incoming airflow from aircraft propulsor in aircraft flight mode. Said device to convert rotor in static sweep combination of wing-forming blades can brake and lock wing-forming blades relative to fuselage with their selective location at whatever azimuthal angle to fuselage lengthwise vertical plane of 0 to 360 degrees for wing-forming blades to make symmetric or asymmetric Y-like sweep while in the case of coaxial propellers they make X-like dual propellers.
