FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: set of invention relates to production of hygroscopic products and can be used for making disposable nappies and sanitary towels. Proposed machine comprises conveyor, cutting element, unit for feeding and applying of fasteners on band lengths. Cutting element cuts the band in separate hygroscopic articles. Feed and application unit consists of several conveyors. Every said conveyor comprises roller for transfer of band lengths, separator and roller to form pairs of lengths. Every product is furnished with two fasteners. For this, cut band is fed for gripping first and second group elements. First group elements are fed in first path. Second group elements are fed in second path. First group elements are fed in lateral direction. Second group elements are fed in opposite lateral direction. Elements are interconnected. Here, said elements are arranged nearby, spaced apart and opposed.
EFFECT: simplified design, accelerated operation.
