SUBSTANCE: proposed device 2 consists of handrail 3, drive 9 and guide surfaces that are complementary to guide surfaces on railing top side 7. Handrail 3 is surrounded by coating consisting of, at least partially, self-quenching synthetic material. Handrail 3 consists of separate segments in its lengthwise direction. Said separate segments are furnished with spacers arranged in their cross-section area. Note here that handrail 3 features length or width varying between 40 and 78 mm, preferable, between 70 and 75, while its height varies from 34 to 70 mm, preferable, from 35 and 62 mm.
