EFFECT: providing a wireless communication base station device which can prevent reduction of system throughput due to deterioration of the quality of the efficiency of using communication channel resources for frequency-division transmission when transmission with dispatch frequency and frequency-division transmission are carried out simultaneously during multi-carrier communication.
