A separation unit separates a data symbol Dch and a data symbol Lch for appropriate subcarriers, which form an OFDM symbol, and brings them to a multiplexing unit. Here, when for a data symbol Dch of one mobile station multiple Dch channels are used, the separation unit uses Dch channels with continuous channel numbers.
