SUBSTANCE: in this device a section (12) of modulating modulates coded data of Dch channel in order to generate symbols of Dch channel data. The modulating section (22) modulates coded data of channel Lch to generate data symbols of Lch channel. The section (103) of assignment assigns data symbols of Dch channel and Lch to subcarriers that form OFDM symbols, and withdraws them into a multiplexing section (104). At the same time the assignment section (103) assigns a set of data symbols of Dch channel and Lch channel of each subcarrier for an appropriate subband.

EFFECT: device of the basic station of wireless communication, in which when realised in a communication system with several subcarriers into one and the same time of transfer with frequency planning and transfer with frequency separation, it is possible to prevent complication of adaptive channel control to realise transfer with frequency planning.
