SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the technology for production of fish-and-vegetable preserves. The method envisages preparation of recipe components, carrots and bulb onions cutting and sauteing in vegetable oil, ground pumpkin seeds extraction cake pouring with drinking water and maintenance for swelling, the listed components mixing with fermented cabbages, vegetable oil, tomato paste, drinking water, sugar, salt, black hot pepper, allspice and laurel leaf, the mixture stewing to produce garnish, cod cutting, mealing in wheat flour and frying in vegetable oil, the cod and garnish packing, sealing and sterilisation.
EFFECT: reduction of the manufactured target product adhesion to container walls.
