FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to metal forming, particularly, to tube feed and turn at cold rolling mills. Proposed device comprises control units, feed and turn feedback pulse transducers, position transducer and computation unit. Additionally, this device comprises second computation unit and third master. Note here that position transducer output is connected with one of inputs of second computation unit while another its input is connected with one of outputs of the first control unit. Third input of second computation unit is connected with output of third master.
EFFECT: higher reliability and safety of pipe cold-rolling mill.
