FIELD: machine building.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building, particularly to automation of control of pipes cold rolling mills. Device contains the first control assembly, two outputs of which are connected to corresponding inputs of the second control assembly of feeding assembly and the third control assembly of rotation drive, outputs of which are connected to corresponding inputs of drives of feeding and rotation, herewith corresponding outputs of drives of feeding and rotation are electromechanically connected to feed and rotation motor, on shaft of which there are located feedback pulse sensors of feeding and rotation. Additionally the first control assembly is also connected to the first setting mechanism. Device is outfitted by position sensor of type shaft-code, computing unit and the second setting mechanism. Output of motor drive circuitry of main drive of mill stand of pipes cold rolling is electromechanically connected to input of position sensor of type shaft-code, output of which is connected to corresponding input of computing unit, the other input of which is connected to output of the second setting mechanism. Additionally the third output of the first control assembly is also connected to corresponding input of computing unit. Output of the first setting mechanism is also connected to corresponding input of the second setting mechanism.
EFFECT: adaptive tuning of points of beginning of treatment of feeding and rotation of stand pipe, providing at that rolling of pipe in fully disclosed rolls of mill.
