FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: proposed device comprises first control unit with its two outputs connected with appropriate inputs of second control unit via drive of tube feed and third control unit with their outputs connected with appropriate inputs of tube feed and turn drives. Note here that appropriate output of said drives are connected with feed and turn motors with their shafts accommodating feed and turn feedback pulse pickups with their outputs connected with appropriate inputs of aforesaid drives. Note also that appropriate outputs of said drives are connected with inputs of the first control unit with its third output connected with the input of the mill main drive motor control circuit, its output being connected with the tube turn and feed start setter with its output connected with appropriate input of aforesaid first control unit. Note that first control unit is connected with first setter of parameters. Adaptive adjustment of control units parameters is ensured in real time scale by extra setter connected, in a definite way, with the components of mill stand control device.
EFFECT: higher efficiency and reliability, faultless operation.
