SUBSTANCE: invention relates to assembly of automotive tire carcass. Note here that proposed device has tire carcass winding drum, appropriate bellows-type support with inflatable bellows for coiling inserts at every side of assembly drum, drum drive shaft and shifting assy with second shaft. Note here that bellows-type support at shifting support side is rigidly coupled with shifting assy shaft. Note here that axial distance for fixing the tire carcass width between bellows-type support and assembly drum is defined by positioning shifting assy in axial direction.
EFFECT: simple and fast process.
