FIELD: machine building.

SUBSTANCE: geared wheel comprises a pair of geared discs with teeth (4, 5), installed coaxially with the capability of their mutual rotation with the common centre of rotation, a spring mechanism of forced installation of discs with provision of arrangement of adjacent teeth of each wheel in one radial plane and having a mechanism of control of an angle of mutual rotation of discs. Generatrices (11, 12) of side surfaces of disc teeth are arranged along arcs. Dimensions of arcs are similar for teeth of both discs on each section of teeth height.

EFFECT: optimisation of modes of geared wheel teeth loading in process of displacement of contact spots along generatrices of their side surfaces.
