SUBSTANCE: proposed furnace 4 comprises furnace stand 2, bearing device 3 making thrust surface 17 for alignment of coil 4 above furnace stand 4 with clearance, protective shield 6 surrounding furnace stand 2 and bearing device 3 and connected to pipeline 10 feeding protective gas and pipeline for protective gas discharge, including cylindrical casing 7 and cupola 16 closing casing 7 from above, rotary seal 9 arranged between furnace stand 2 and shield 6, as well as heating shield 13 surrounding protective shield 6 with clearance. Casing axial section of protective shield 6 defined by distance h over the height between thrust surface 17 of bearing device 3 and furnace stand 2 comprises the surface making at least three fourths of cupola surface.
EFFECT: uniform heating of annealed material.
