FIELD: physics.
SUBSTANCE: optical filter has channel optical waveguides for input/output of optical radiation and propagation of a light beam, light beam splitters arranged in series on the radiation path and a forming means for transmitting optical radiation branched by the beam splitters. The forming means is in form of a set of connecting channel optical waveguides and/or a planar optical waveguide. The beam splitters are in form of a set of connected optical waveguides, the mutual arrangement of which is based on maintaining, at operating radiation wavelength, a phase difference which is essentially a multiple of 2π for most beams branched by different beam splitters and transmitted from the input to the output of the optical filter.
EFFECT: providing a wide adjustment range and a narrow filtration line width.
