FIELD: optical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has planar optical wave guide having a strip-like optical wave guide placed inside or aside of it and a number of unit reflector members overlapping strip-like optical wave guide aperture conducting the incident light bundle. Inclination angle and position of the unit reflector members is selected to satisfy requirements of propagation direction coincidence (at a given optical radiation wavelength) for one of interference orders from different unit reflector members and a direction determined by mirror-reflecting bundles passing from the strip-like optical wave guide to the planar one. EFFECT: smaller size and divergence of the exit optical radiation reduced to 0.0001 rad. 3 dwg
