FIELD: information technology.
SUBSTANCE: first node device transmits a first frame from a first port; stores as loop detection information, information for identifying the first port and first identification information for identifying the first frame in relation with each other; and receives a second frame from a second node device; if the second identification information for identifying the second frame is identical to the first identification information, the first node device updates port status information stored in relation with the node device for assigning the second frame in order to determine that transmission from the first port is impossible; according to the updated information, the first node device selects a second port from which transmission is possible and transmits the second frame.
EFFECT: high efficiency and reliability of transmitting information over a network.
