Control device comprises: communication unit, which communicates with multiple switches, including the first packet forwarding function, which processes a packet based on control information, which has been identified externally, and the second packet forwarding function, which defines the relationship between the transmission source address and receive port of the received packet and determines the packet output port; set block of control information, which sets the control information, which instructs the first packet forwarding function of the plurality of switches to forward the packet using the second packet forwarding function; path calculating unit, which calculates the packet forwarding path based on the connection among the plurality of switches; and VLAN (virtual local area network) set block, which sets the VLAN ID (VLAN identifier), predefined for packet, for packet input/output ports in the switch (commutator switches) on the path of packet forwarding.

EFFECT: technical result is a faster data transmission in the network.
