SUBSTANCE: method is realised by using in the television camera a reducer, a shutter control unit, a shutter which is based on an electrochromic device, a "frame" and "window" signal generator, a video mixer, and a gate pulse generator, and using in the communication line between the television camera and the computer two additional cable conductors for connecting the "Initialisation/Shutter return" signal output on the computer to the input of that signal in the television camera and the "Window" signal output of the television camera to the input of that signal on the computer.
EFFECT: preventing blooming of the video signal and providing undistorted television monitoring of the movement of hot-rolled products being transported through live rollers in real time.
