FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to continuous forming of continuous element from foam plastic. Proposed device comprises section of loose granules made of forming granules made of formable plastic, section of sintering continuous element from foam plastic, section of continuous element stabilisation, forming tunnel extending along sintering and stabilisation sections composed by two sidewalls and two gastight top and bottom conveyor belts supported by top and bottom guides. One part of said guide gastight conveyor belts in sintering section is inclined to lengthwise mid plane of forming tunnel to vary its lengthwise height.
EFFECT: compact equal-density structure, uniform and low heat conductivity factor.
