POLYURETHANE AND POLYISOCYANURATE FOAM PLASTICS Russian patent published in 2016 - IPC C08G18/40 C08G18/42 C08G18/76 C08G101/00

Abstract RU 2575124 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: versions of invention realisation relate to compositions of foam-urethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastics. Described is composition for obtaining polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastic, which includes (a) combined polyol, including (i) from approximately 30 to approximately 60 wt % of aromatic polyesterpolyol, which has hydroxyl number higher than approximately 50 mg KOH/g and functionality, at least, approximately 2; (ii) from approximately 10 to approximately 30 wt % of polyetherpolyol of novolac type, which has hydroxyl number higher than approximately 100 mg KOH/g and functionality, at least, approximately 2.2 and (iii) from approximately 10 to approximately 40 wt %. of polyetherpolyol, which includes polyol, initiated by sucrose or sorbite, which has average hydroxyl number higher than approximately 200 mg KOH/g and average functionality, at least, approximately 4; all percentage values are calculated of the total g weight of combined polyol, and wherein components (i), (ii) and (iii) are selected in such a way, that combined polyol in total has average functionality, at least, approximately 2.4; (b) polyisocyanate and (c) foaming agent; so that stoichiometric index of polyisocyanate to combined polyol constitutes more than 250. Disclosed is polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastic, obtained according to said composition and method for obtaining polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastic, which includes interaction under conditions of foam generation of components of said composition with obtaining rigid polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastic. Also described is polyurethane or polyisocyanurate foam plastic, obtained by claimed method.

EFFECT: obtaining polyurethane and polyisocyanurate foam plastics, which have improved hardening characteristics.
