FIELD: process engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to tertiary treatment of whatever partially fit drinking water. Proposed device comprises sequentially arranged in one long vessel zone of water freezing with circular freezing chamber, zone of displacement of impurities from ice front and their concentration in the form of brine, zone of water transition from solid state into liquid state with circular heater, separate pipes to discharge said brine and water from melted ice, drive to displace frozen water rod composed of toothed rollers engaging with said rod via cutouts made in said vessel and arranged over vessel perimeter, and uncoupler. Note here that separated pipes are arranged at vessel bottom to discharge said brine and melted water. Toothed rollers have elastic elements to press them against frozen rod.

EFFECT: higher efficiency and higher quality of water.
