FIELD: oil and gas industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to a method for mechanical dewaxing of raffinates, according to which raw material is diluted with a solvent; mixture is cooled in crystallisers; deposit of paraffins is separated on the first stage filters; the deposit is diluted again in screws of the first stage filters, and the deposit of paraffins is flushed on the second stage filters; wet solvent and the second stage filtrate is used to dilute raw material, with recovery of the solvent from the obtained products. The method is characterised by the fact that raw material is dispersed with nozzles and mixed using a known method first with the second stage filtrate, and then with wet solvent. Provided raw material mixture temperature to regenerative crystallisers is lower than raw material solidifying temperature.
EFFECT: simpler technology and lower power consumption for performance of a process.
