SUBSTANCE: valve has at least one inlet chamber (1) and at least one discharge chamber (3) to be communicate or to be isolated by actuator (5, 12, 13, 14, 15), as well as actuator control chamber (6). Said control chamber (6) is divided into first chamber (9) and second chamber (8). Said first and second chambers are intercommunicated. Note here that volume of first chamber (9) does not depend on actuator position.
