SUBSTANCE: thermostatic-tachometer thermal counter is proposed, which comprises a pipeline, a thermostat, a counting device, connecting pipes, valves. A shelf with holes that reduce coolant flow arriving to a counting device is installed in the thermostat.
EFFECT: reduction of thermal counter size and increased accuracy of its measurement.
