SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The dough divider consist of a charging bin, a delivery mechanism and a divider device that have independent drives; additionally, the dough divider contains a control unit connected to the both drives; the delivery mechanism drive has feedback to the control unit via a current relay while the divider device drive is connected to the control unit via the additional device control unit.
EFFECT: invention enables regulation of the dough piece weight without detriment to division accuracy or performance.
