FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to machine building and can be used in finishing and hardening of low-stiffness parts in free state. Proposed device comprises driven rattler with parts loader and unloader. Said rattler is composed of guides made of three and more strips twisted in helical line in lengthwise direction relative to lengthwise axis and bent in helical line in crosswise direction on mandrel in the form of paraboloid of revolution. Said strips have laps and side edges of bulged curvilinear shape circumscribed by curves of various order and degree of curvature. Screw blades are formed by said laps over the rattler entire length and there inside while helical barrel-like spring is fitted there inside to allow varying the pitch of it turns by contraction or expansion.
