SUBSTANCE: device contains a tumbling barrel on the bedplate, devices for the parts loading and unloading, and rotation drive. The barrel is installed horizontally, and is made out of three or more straps of trapezoidal form with different width, on which alternatively at angle 60° to the axis of straps the notches are made to create along the barrel perimeter the ring multifaceted surfaces out of installed alternatively one after another sides of equilateral and isoscales triangles. Along the barrel perimeter the three screw grooves and screw lines of main and opposite directions are made. Along full length of the barrel a cone spring with flat cross-section of turns is provided as well as with a device to adjust the turn pitch by the spring tensioning or compression.

EFFECT: enhanced performances of the device, higher efficiency of treatment.
