FIELD: transport.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to anchors to secure heavy sea objects, for example, drill platforms for a long operating period. Proposed anchor comprises blade to be fitted in berth in appropriate direction by pull force applied to anchor rope and test coupling that creates a portion of force transfer between anchor cable and blade. Test coupling is furnished with first connector jointed with blade, second connector jointed with anchor cable, hollow connection bar to joint said connectors together. Note here that connectors in lengthwise bar direction are engaged with connection bar at different points of its deformation and test coupling extending through hollow connection bar and connected therewith for joint deformation. Measuring element is furnished with strain transducers to register measuring element strain parameters.
EFFECT: required bottom penetration, reliable anchoring.
